RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION

At Digital Discount Services LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we take pride in delivering high-quality digital marketing solutions customized to meet the unique needs of each client. Due to the nature of our services—being largely digital, customized, and labor-intensive—we maintain the following Return & Refund Policy.

By engaging our services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to this Return & Refund Policy.


2. GENERAL POLICY

Because our services are tailored, time-sensitive, and involve creative and technical labor, all sales are final, and refunds are granted only under specific conditions as outlined below.


3. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances once work has begun or deliverables have been provided:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Packages

  • Paid Advertising Campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads)

  • Social Media Management and Marketing

  • Email Marketing Campaigns

  • Branding and Graphic Design Work

  • Web Design & Development Services

  • Content Creation (including copywriting, video, and photography)

  • Marketing Strategy or Consultation Sessions

  • Monthly Retainer Plans


4. ELIGIBLE REFUND SCENARIOS

Refunds may be issued only in the following situations:

4.1. Service Not Delivered

If we fail to initiate or deliver the service as outlined in a signed agreement or approved proposal and no work has been performed within 14 days of payment (excluding delays caused by the client), you may request a full refund.

4.2. Duplicate Payment

If a client is charged twice for the same service due to a billing error, the duplicate payment will be refunded upon confirmation.

4.3. Service Cancellation (Pre-Work)

If the client chooses to cancel a service before any work has begun and within 5 business days of initial payment, a refund may be issued minus a 10–20% administrative fee to cover consultation and transaction processing costs.


5. PARTIAL REFUNDS

Partial refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Digital Discount Services LLC in cases where:

  • The client terminates an ongoing project early and agrees in writing to pay only for work completed up to the termination date.

  • The scope of the service significantly changes after payment and both parties agree on an adjusted refund.


6. NON-DELIVERY CAUSED BY CLIENT

No refund will be issued if delays or non-delivery are caused by the client’s:

  • Failure to provide required content or access

  • Lack of timely communication

  • Repeated changes to scope after work has begun

  • Breach of contract or failure to follow terms


7. DIGITAL PRODUCT SALES (if applicable)

For any downloadable or template-based digital products (e.g., pre-designed marketing kits, eBooks, templates), all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once the product has been delivered or accessed.


8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you are unsatisfied with the service or experience a billing issue, we encourage you to first contact us directly at +1(515) 382-0658 . We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and professionally.

If a mutual resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions under Massachusetts state law.


9. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, email us at Support@digitaldiscountservices.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Service purchased

  • Payment date and method

  • Reason for refund request

  • Any supporting documentation (e.g., invoices, receipts)

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment unless otherwise stated in your contract.


10. PROCESSING TIME

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued via the original payment method unless otherwise specified. We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution or payment gateway.
